Can I have my order shipped to another address other than the one listed on my billing information?
- Yes. The billing address is only used to verify the credit card information. However, we may request ID verification if the order is going to a different name than the one on the credit card in order to prevent fraudulent orders with stolen credit cards, as well as underage orders.
- If you use an American Express card to pay, your order MUST be sent to the billing address. This is only for orders paid via American Express.
What will my package look like?
- Your Package will arrive in either a plain brown box or white box with Fragile stickers on more valuable expensive items like hand pipes, water pipes, bubblers, oil rigs, chillums, etc.
What if my order breaks during shipping?
- We package all glass pipes using a Certified proprietary system we’ve developed to prevent the package from breaking 99.9% of times. However, no one’s perfect, and mistakes may rarely occur. In the unlikely event your item arrives broken, DO NOT throw away the box or packing materials. We will need CLEAR photos of the broken items as well as the box in order to file a claim with the shipping provider (USPS, FedEx).
- Depending on the the damage, we may issue a return-shipping label, or simply tell you to toss the broken item in the trash. In either case, a brand new replacement item will be sent out to you.

How do you ship your packages?
- We package all glass pipes using a Certified proprietary system we’ve developed to prevent the package from breaking 99.9% of times.
- For Small and medium items like Glass Hand Pipes, we ship these via USPS First Class mail. Larger items such as water pipes, bubblers, etc. those get shipped via USPS Priority 1-3 days or Fedex Ground.

An item is missing from my shipment. What do I do?
- Email us at support@smoknfly or contact us Via our contact form within 72 hours of receiving your order.
My order never arrived. What do I do?
- First, check the tracking number. If it’s still in transit, just wait until they deliver it. If it says “Delivered” and it hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number.
- To track your order go to google search and input USPS tracking Number and insert the tracking number we sent you via email at the time of purchase and insert it into the bar where it says “track a package”
How do I track my order?
- Log Into your Somknfly Account, click on my account and go to order statues then scroll down to tracking info and click on the tracking number.
- Another way you can do this is if you go to google and search for USPS tracking number, take the tracking number we sent you at the time of purchase and input it into where it says “track my package”.
- If you can’t seem to track your package please contact us Via the live chat option at the bottom left of our website this way you’ll be able to get quick assistance.
How do I edit or cancel an item in my order?
- Contact us immediately via Phone at 1(336)506-8406 or start a chat by clicking the start chat icon at the bottom left corner of our website as soon as possible. Once the order has been packed we can’t do any modification on the order so please contact us as soon as possible.
When will my order ship?
- All orders placed before 3pm will be Shipped same day. All other orders will be shipped within 24 hrs
How can I check if my order has shipped?
- What you will need to do is Go to My Account, and click on Order Status. Awaiting Fulfillment means the order is still processing. If it says “Shipped” that means the product is on its way home to you and there will be a link that you can click on to track your order.
Do you require a signature on your packages?
- An Adult signature is required on Delivery.
- We reserve the right to require a signature on any order at our discretion due to security concerns. We take fraud and underage orders very seriously, and are obligated to report all credit card fraud to the authorities. WE WILL FLAG YOUR ORDER IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE.
